How we make Team Augmentation Succeed? 

  1. We give our remote team their separate team rooms that have all necessary facilities as at our client’s premises. For example, our teams have rooms with the client’s company branding to facilitate offshore team’sintegration with the in-house team.
  2. We make sure that the remote team feels the effect of being with the client’s local team. At the request of some of our clients, we have installed so-called “windows to the client” – there’s a camera in the team’s room and a screen that shows what’s going on in the local office.
  3. We have HR / Client Managers who work alongside the remote team members so as to help our client collaborate more efficiently with the team and help eradicate all potential misunderstandings throughout the cooperation.
