1.Open Outlook.

2. Click the File menu.

3.Click Add Account.

4.Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.

5.Select POP . Click Next.

6.Within POP Account Settings, fill out Your Name and full Email Address.

7. For Server Information, select POP3 for Account Type. Incoming mail server should be set to mail.avacendsolutions.com, and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) should be set to mail.avacendsolutions.com.
